Should (Can) Juventus Buy a World Class Striker on this Transfer Window?

Ah...  Its de javu all over again.  Juventus sits comfortably on top of the league on New Year Holiday.  Its a good sign isn't it? I'm afraid maybe you and I are wrong.  Why?.  This end year term are completely different than last year.  Juve still competing in three competitions (Champions League, Coppa and of course Serie A).  Let's compare it to the last year campaign which Juve put (maybe) 70% of their concentration on Scudetto's title race.

I have to say  its miraculous we've come this far based on how Antonio Conte's attacking department still crippling to make a way to converts a dozen chance into a potential rette.   Alessandro Matri and co just scoring 18 goals on this half term in Serie A.   Mind you, its nearly 50% of Juventus's goal and it seems everything is going to be allright.  But no, it isn't, the average goal per minute that been made by the Turin attacking sides (yes, i'm already counting Bendtner too) are still too low and the sums up of the goals got rosed up thanks to the hattrick of Fabio Quagliarella against Udinese and made him as a topscorer club with 6 goals.

We already knew that if Conte and the directors want to make sure Juve' step in the Champions League, then Bianconeri must sign a world class striker whom can put fear around enemy's difensore, Cavani, Zlatan, and Falcao are the rare examples for that type.  Let's we agree that sometimes Mirko Vucinic can be such an irritatingly lazy up front while Giovinco struggle to slip in behind enemy's defensive line.

Which it can be worse when in the same time, trio MVP (Marchisio,Vidal, Pirlo) can't dominate the field  (remember Juve's game with Inter and Milan? There you go).   This cant be happening again if Juve dont want to lose precious points for the title race and survivability in the Champions League.

In the rarity of identically prima punta like Cavani whose available in the market and the huge amount of unused striker.  I doubt Paratici and Marotta can add the quality in front on this window as Cavani reluctant to go from San Paolo (at least for now).
I doubt Fernando Llorente will join Juve this Winter

While the possibility of signing the 24 year old are nearly impossible, Juve now try to refresh their interest of Athletic Bilbao's Fernando Llorente.  Although Juve reported already made an offer for the Spaniard, the agreement between two clubs are far from complete.  I had to say that Juve will not swoop Llorente whose contract at Atleti will end in this summer by this window.  They will try to get him on this winter but only for looking an agreement to join Juve in the next season.

If this scenario will smoothly played according to plan , so the next question is who can temporarily add the quality of the strikers for the next 19 games? I'm afraid there isn't a lot of option for this winter.  If this situation goes on and on and on again like this.  One by one the doors are closing but when god closed the doors. .  what the hell, you already know the rest. . . . .

Hey, Marco Boriello is now available (again) !

(Note: It would be atrociously funny if we signed Borriello on loan again, and he won his second consecutive Scudetto with Juventus.  )
